At iloveoldskool.com, we want your order to arrive right and feel right. Because many ILOS items are small-batch products, all sales are generally final, but we will always take care of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email support@iloveoldskool.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost within the United States.
Returns and exchanges
We do not currently accept general returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, fit preference, or change of mind. If something about your order is off, contact us anyway. We will review it fairly and do what we can to make it right.
Non-qualifying situations
Replacements may not be available for damage caused by misuse, improper care, normal wear and tear, installation issues, or claims submitted more than 14 days after delivery.
