Q: Where can I place my order?
A: The best way to make an order is to place any item(s) you wish to purchase in your cart and checkout via our 100% secure paypal cart.  We now accept google checkout as well, just as secure, and just as easy.

Q: What payment types do you accept?
A: We Accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover via Paypal & Google Checkout. We prefer paypal over anything, this way we can be assured the correct shipping address is on file, and you can easily track your item(s). If you do not have a paypal account, we can make other payment arrangements.

Q: Can I have my items shipped to an address other than my PayPal confirmed address?
A: Unfortunately no, we can only shipped to your confirmed address.

Q: What is a PayPal confirmed address?
A: When a buyer’s credit card billing and shipping address are the same. In some cases PayPal has examined the buyers PayPal account history.

Q: How can I confirm my address on PayPal?
A: By adding a credit card to your PayPal account. PayPal will confirm the credit card billing address (the address where you recieve your c/c statement). Other options to confirm your PayPal account can be discovered on www.paypal.com.

Q: Do orders come with tracking numbers? 
A: All orders EXCEPT sticker/decal only orders come with delivery confirmation from USPS. You will receive an email once your order has shipped, and you can “track” your item(s) through your paypal account.

Q: How are your items shipped?
A: All orders are shipped via US Mail. Decals and stickers will arrive in a regular business size envelope, T-shirts and license plate frames will be shipped in a poly bag.

Q: Is shipping free to my location?
A: On select items Shipping is free to the USA, Canada, Guam & PR all others should be no more than $5 (and that is on the high side) Please use a contact method to inquire about shipping outside of these areas.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most items are shipped same day / next day (cut off time is around 12pm PST). USPS site says transit times are 2-5 business days (within the USA), however most orders take 1-3 business days to arrive (Saturday is a business day with USPS.)  Domestic customers, expect your item(s) to arrive 3-5 business days after placing an order.  International Customers (anywhere except the USA) expect a week delay on your shipment since I must go to the actual post office to mail your item(s).   You can expect your items to arrive 2+ weeks after ordering.  All countries are different, I have already experienced one wait time of a month after shipping the items.

Q: What if I need to make changes to or cancel my order?
A: We will make every effort to stop the processing of your order if it has not yet shipped. Please contact us at immediately if you wish change or cancel your order. Orders cannot be canceled or changed if the items have already shipped.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If your order has not yet shipped, we will be more than happy to assit you in cancelling your order. Orders cannot be canceled or changed if the merchandise has been shipped.

Q: Can I return my item(s)?
A: We do not accept returns, however if your item is damaged or defected we will gladly exchange your item. Apparel items are not excepted for exchanges.

Q: What Color/Size Shirts do you have instock?
A: Please go the the page of the shirt you would like.  There you will find a table which shows our in-stock, and out-of-stock shirts. You will see the stock list on the product page, and you can choose from there.  Green = Instock / Red = out-of-stock

Q: I am unhappy with my products and order, what are you going to do for me?
A: Let me know what I can do for you and I will try my best to exceed your expectations.
